What this site does
This is a personal website with a blog and a contact form. I do not run advertising or user accounts.
Analytics (optional)
By default this site does not use analytics. If enabled, I use Plausible — a privacy-friendly, cookieless statistics service (page views and referrers only, no personal profiles). Data is processed by Plausible Insights OÜ in the EU. You can block the script with common ad blockers.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you visit, Netlify processes connection data (such as IP address, time, and requested URL) in server logs for security and operation. See Netlify’s privacy documentation for details.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, message, and page language (EN/DE) you submit. The form is processed by Netlify Forms on my behalf. I use this data only to reply to your enquiry and do not add it to a newsletter or share it with third parties for marketing.
Email and phone on the site
Email and phone are shown only after you click to reveal them. That reduces automated scraping; it is not a security guarantee.
Local storage (theme)
The light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage. No account is created and no profile is built from this.
Fonts
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may process your IP address when fonts are requested. You can block this with browser or network tools.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data I hold about you, and object to processing where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

I may update this page when the site or legal requirements change.
